[ ] Put your quarterly business retreats on the calendar
[ ] Double-check that this time is blocked on your scheduling link, too, if not already synced with your calendar
[ ] Book your transportation and accommodations, if you decide to travel
[ ] Keep note of any intuitive hits you might receive about what back burner project you might want to focus on
[ ] Take time to respond to the Pre-Retreat Inquiry Questions
[ ] Schedule any appointments you might desire (energy worker, healer, bodyworker, coach, mentor, etc.)
[ ] Purchase any supplies you might need or want to make the retreat just as you’d like it
[ ] Review your notes that you’ve gathered so far about the backburner project to work on this time and refresh and edit, as desired
[ ] Send an email to your clients and team to notify them about your upcoming OOO days and make any necessary plans and/or adjust deadlines to properly honor your time away
[ ] Under schedule the week before your retreat—last-minute requests always come up, and I’ve found that creating more space the week before to tackle those allows me to feel more unencumbered during the retreat itself
[ ] Send a reminder email to clients about your OOO days and expect to receive some last-minute requests
[ ] Turn on your OOO autoresponder! 🤩
